The staff were super friendly; Mr Reception Manager gave us a fab room with a stunning view, and the restaurant crew, especially Khushi, Tarun, and Sandeepan. the breakfast and dinner buffet spread were delish, and our room was nice and cozy. Only downside was the slightly steep prices for what they offer, especially considering the cramped bathroom situation. 🏨.

We came to Jaipur for one day only and were planning to do some sightseeing before catching our flight in the evening. The night before we decided to eat at the rooftop restaurant. The food seemed fine until 6am. My girlfriend was throwing up in the morning and developed a high fever. This meant that we had to abandon our tour (prepaid) and of course needed to extend check out till just before the flight. The hotel stuff didn't take responsibility for what happened and charged us for a late check out and for the mineral water we used. Of course they followed the rules but it would have been courteous to extend our stay by 6 hours since it was their fault we wasted our day. Not nice guys.

It was comfortable stay.
I booked this hotel for two nights i,.e. for 25th and 26th March. I reached hotel on 25th as per my scheduled time. However, on 26th morning I received a call from my Delhi office that there has been a break and entry during the previous night and some computers were missing in our office. As a result I had to rush back on 26th morning and I left the hotel. At that time no one told my by the hotel that I will have to pay for two nights. They just made my bill for one night and dining which was appx. 5500 and now after 4 nights, I received a call from hotel front desk, saying that they will be charging my credit card for the second night as well as the original booking was for two nights.Had someone, while checking out, told me about this policy, I would have come back in the evening and stayed for the second night as well. Then I called Mr. Alam of Park Inn and he informed me that since they have to give commission to Booked.net for two nights, thats why he will be charging for the second night. It this is totally rediculous and not fair. I shall appreciate if you look into the matter and ask Park Inn not to charge me for the second night, as it was an emergency and I had to leave the hotel, also no one disclosed me this policy while I was checking out.Your reply is awaited. Thanks

The room was smaller than expected and overpriced, with rude staff charging extra without reason. Breakfast was disappointing and disorganized. the bed was comfy, the location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Despite some mishaps, the room was clean, and the breakfast had decent options.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in Jaipur. The location was perfect, as it was situated in a plush area, almost at the city center. This made it convenient for us to explore all the attractions in Jaipur, as everything was within a 5-kilometer radius.

The hotel's location is perfect for exploring this city. It's very close to the historical spots as well as the railway station and the metro station. The room was spacious and clean, with modern facilities such as a large TV. The breakfast was superb and great value for money. The staff were polite and helpful, providing me with an upgrade when they noticed I was traveling with a young child.
Nothing not too like.

This hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city, with many major sights just a short walk away. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with modern bathrooms and great views from higher floors. the breakfast is diverse and caters to various dietary requirements. the fitness center is small but has a range of equipment to use.
The service can be somewhat slow at times and could do with some improvement.

The noise from the nearby highway traffic was quite disturbing at night. the temperature in our room was a bit chilly even with the wall panel heater.
